Contract Signing
We will draft and sign a contract that is based on your requirements.
Project Commencement
To proceed with the project, it is essential to define the decision making line. Thus, we will delineate the project’s team structure, the individual responsibilities/assignments and set a project timeline/schedule.
Grand Design
After defining the team structure, responsibilities, and schedule, we will commence on the grand design. In this phase, we will formulate the basic structure of the web/system.
Definition of System Requirement
Upon receiving your specific requirements, we will define the other functions and operations required, such as user registration, newsletter dispersal or blogs.
Preparation of Contents
Considering the grand design and the system requirements, we will identify the necessary contents for the web/system. It is the client’s responsibility to prepare and provide the texts, photos, and other web contents. However, we can assign the web content task to our writer, should the client request so.
Visual Design
We will organize and manage the design element of the web/system.
Coding
Based on the web design, we will work on a markup or coding that is compliant with de facto Web Standards.
Application Development
In this phase, we will analyze, design and build special functions to specifically suit the client’s needs and requirements. User interface creation and data modelling will be carried out in this stage.
Test
Before launching your website, we will do a test release. Together with the client in a testing environment, we will fastidiously check the system for bugs, typographical errors, linking accuracy, etc. During this test release, we will also perform an operation check, if the system includes a special function.
Launching
We will deploy the contents in an actual environment.
Maintenance
Upon request, or if the client has no resources to cover the web/system maintenance, we will draft and sign a Maintenance Agreement. If the client prefers to forego the after-service/post-launch support, a Maintenance Agreement will not be necessary.
We strongly recommend a Maintenance Agreement, since the web/system normally requires continuous support in terms of its daily operations, content updating, network and infrastructure.
